The boat departs from Töreboda at 10.30 and ends in Sjötorp, where the Göta Canal flows into Lake Vänern. Soon the first locks are passed in Hajstorp and a total of 16 locks are passed on the way to Sjötorp. Thanks to the canal, Sjötorp's community has grown up and there are no less than 8 locks here. With the help of the locks, the canal rises 20 meters above the surface of Lake Vänern. Göt a canal flows through a forest landscape towards open lands, where it is often at a higher level than the surrounding fields. On the side embankments, leafy avenues are planted, which contributes to the canal area's unique landscape. During the boat cruise on M / S Bellevue, lunch is served while the captain guides you through the Göta Canal's history and nature experiences. The boat advances at a speed of 5 knots, so just sit back and enjoy one of Sweden's most famous buildings. Overnight at B&B in Töreboda and enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Töreboda - Tåtorp - Töreboda (bike ride 34 km)After a good breakfast, it's time to cycle south along the Göta Canal. Today the bike ride continues towards Tåtorp and finally back to Töreboda.
