From there you pedal along the Göta canal past 16 locks to Sjötorp by Lake Vänern. In Sjötorp, lunch is served at Café Baltzar by the harbor basin. To find out a little more about how the canal was built, you get entry to the canal museum, which is located by Sjötorp's harbour. When you get wind of it, you turn the bike ride back towards Töreboda. You stay at the cozy Pensionat Prästgården in Töreboda and dinner is served at Prästgården's Garden Café. Continue the wonderful trip to beautiful Tåtorp, here the Göta Canal empties into Lake Viken. In Tåtorp you can visit one of the canal's two hand-operated locks.
